FCC Part 15 : Radio frequency devices

The devices using EviToken and EviCypher technology comply with Part 15 of the FCC Rules.Their operation is subject to the following two conditions:(1) devices may not cause harmful interference, and (2) devices must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. NOTE: These fully passive devices have no battery. They do not produce any radio frequency signal. They use energy harvesting through the NFC signal of the phone.The devices are NFC products. They do comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. These devices do not generate or emit any radio frequency energy. When not used in accordance with the instructions, they may cause harmful proximity interference to other 13.56 MHz radio communications on other NFC ISO / IEC 15693 and 14443 devices. If these devices cause harmful interference to radio reception from other devices, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: These devices are more than 4 inches away from other equipment.Increase the separation distance between devices and other equipment. Consult the dealer or an experienced technician for help.
