4.1. Freemindtronic® Affiliates
4.1.1. Your personal data may be shared with and used by other Freemindtronic® Affiliates to pursue the activities related to the purposes set out in Section 3 above.
4.2. Service providers
4.2.1. Freemindtronic® and Freemindtronic® Affiliates may use third-party service providers to process your personal on their behalf for the purposes set out in Section 3 above. Such third-party service providers include, but are not limited to, IT service providers and data hosting providers.

Data exchanges are thus encrypted between the server and the user.
